Talent ID Camp select team tour program
ProSoccerGlobal works in collaboration with Leagues, Organisations, Coaches, Clubs and Individuals to provide a ‘Talent ID Camp Select Team Tour’ program that supports the development of youth players. Our ‘Talent ID Camp Select Team Tour’ program uses the England 4-Corners Elite Youth Development criteria, to assess and identify talented players, who tour the UK/Europe and play against Pro Academies. Each player at our ‘ProSoccerGlobal Talent ID Camp’ is assessed by a Premier League or European Club Academy scout and all players receive a written Player Performance Assessment report highlighting strengths and areas of improvement.

Our ProSoccerGlobal ‘Talent ID Camp Select Team Tour’ program model has been designed with adaptability as its core principle, as this allows us to add value and work alongside the varying youth football landscapes in countries across the world.
Our ProSoccerGlobal ‘Talent ID Camp Select Team Tour’ program is the perfect way to create exciting football experiences to change young players lives.
We invite talented players in a specific age group or across various age brackets (U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18/19) from Clubs/Schools/Academies across the city/district/region or country to attend a ‘Talent ID Camp Select Team Tour’ program. Each age group would attend a 'Talent ID Camp' day where they participate in a daily session plan designed to identify the most talented players. The players would be assessed by a team of Premier League & European League Academy Scouts and recruitment specialists, with all attending players receiving a written assessment on their Camp performance. The players identified as the most talented would then be offered the opportunity to take part in an elite ‘Select Team’ Football Tour to the UK or other European country, where they showcase their talents in front of professional club Academy coaching/recruitment staff while playing against pro academy teams.
